Following the expiration of his previous contract with the organisation this past weekend at WrestleMania 39, it has been announced that WWE has now signed Logan Paul to a completely new agreement.
In his match against the former Universal Champion Seth Rollins last Saturday at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, the YouTuber turned WWE Superstar put on yet another show-stopping display.
Logan Paul reportedly got a new contract following Wrestlemania, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Said “Logan Paul, when talking about his contract expiring after WrestleMania, did say that he expects to sign a new deal and during the week, the talk was that he did sign a new deal.”
One year ago, Logan Paul and The Miz defeated Rey & Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38. After their triumph, The Miz turned on Paul with a Skull Crushing Finale, setting up Paul’s debut in the singles division. WWE made the announcement that Logan Paul had signed a contract on June 30th, 2022. At SummerSlam 2022, Paul defeated The Miz in a really amazing bout that made people think he was a pro wrestling natural.
With just his second singles encounter in the WWE, Logan Paul challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Crown Jewel. Putting Paul in a match of such calibre at such a young age was a crazy idea.
Logan Paul was able to return to the Royal Rumble despite sustaining a knee injury in the Crown Jewel battle. He advanced to the match’s closing stages and defeated Seth “Freakin” Rollins, setting up their WrestleMania encounter.
On April 1, which was Paul’s 28th birthday, Rollins and Paul competed in a WrestleMania 39 match. After a stunning zipline entrance, Paul and Rollins put on a display, setting up a fantastic back-and-forth match between two outstanding athletes. Rollins was able to kill the arrogant Paul with a Frog Splash after Paul accidently killed his business partner KSI with a Frog Splash through the table.
